Shift Production Leaders
Location: Pollington, East Riding of Yorkshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate production teams.
- Achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor and improve production processes.
- Ensure smooth operations and providing immediate support during plant breakdowns.
- Evaluate and propose efficiency improvements for machinery, products, and processes.
- Manage team performance issues through first-line performance management.
About You:
- Experience in production leadership.
- Strong communication and team management skills - Entry-level management certification (e.g., Level 2 ILM, CMI Team Leader/Supervisor), or currently working towards certification.
- Commitment to health and safety - IOSH-certified Health and Safety qualification, NEBOSH preferred.
- Entry-level management certification (e.g., Level 2 ILM, CMI Team Leader/Supervisor), or currently working towards certification.
