This comprehensive build package from H+H is ideal for smaller developers and builders working on one-off custom build projects. It combines the performance of our Thin-Joint system with full technical design, product specification and product supply to site for the entire load-bearing wall structure of a new-build project.

Easy procurement process

Our dedicated estimation team provides a bespoke service to smaller developers and self-builders.

The principle is to provide a competitive and simply method of procurement for projects, easing the load on quantity surveyors or assisting where there is no dedicated quantity surveyor in charge of the buying process.

The customer supplies our team with appropriate quality design drawings. Working from these, our team will calculate the materials required to build the inner skin of external cavity or solid wall in Thin-Joint aircrete masonry and provide a fixed price for all the structural materials covered by the estimate, ensuring it is delivered to site all together.

The package will consist of: aircrete blocks, Celfix mortar, Thin-Joint compatible wall ties and can also include dpc material, cavity tray material in roll form and lintels for the aircrete blockwork if required. 

The customer has then only to decide what the final outer finish on their home will be: brickwork or render and source a quote accordingly from the appropriate supplier.

The “package principle” offers certainty around cost for the developer.  The price is not based on a cost per m2 but is a cost for the whole project and we will supply adequate materials for the works to be completed.
We will estimate the quantities required based on drawings received and recommend the best solutions from our full range of Thin-Joint compatible products.

After we’ve calculated the cost we’ll send a clearly detailed estimate with marked up drawings showing where H+H product will be used within the build.  When the cost is accepted we will place an order with a local builders merchant and the whole package of materials will be delivered to site on H+H supplied vehicles (in mainland UK).
